1) If the water seeps in filter paper within 5 minutes,That's the air filter made of cotton pulp paper,those filte is absolutely not usable,this kind of goods is mostly from Hebei province,this kind of product is used by a few people in the screw air compressor industry who are greedy for cheap prices.

2) If water seeps into the filter paper within 2-5 hours,that's made of low-grade wood pulp paper,those can be used.But it will affect the scavenging efficiency of the screw air compressor,the price of air filters made with this type of filter paper is relatively low,can also be used on screw air compressors,but it consumes more power and has less inflation.

3) If the filter paper seepped in after 12-15 hours,Belonging to mid-range filter paper,Usually, domestic screw air compressor manufacturers with better quality use this type of filter paper as the original consumable for air filtration.

4) If the filter paper does not seepped in within 24 hours,that's definitely a premium product,Usually, high-end machine manufacturers use this type of filter paper as the original consumable for air filtration.

2. Facing the light to check if the filter paper is uniformity.To check the transparency good or not and check if the surface smoothness of the filter paper is good,filter paper should be observed uniformly and meticulously under light,good transparency and surface smoothness,the filter paper has good filtration accuracy and air permeability,But this simple identification method requires some experience.

3. Check the depth and number of folds of the filter paper.If the filter paper is deep, and have more folds in the filter paper,indicating that the air filter has a large filtration area,the air filter has a larger filtration area and it will be better on air permeability.
