How to check the purchased Haigair air compressor is operating normally or not?

Before purchasing Haigair air compressor,testing the air compressor is essential,that can avoid unnecessary trouble effectively,so how to check the quality of the air compressor.

We can check the quality of the air compressor we purchased through the following steps.

1.Set the operating mode of the air compressor to automatic mode,the dryer sends air to the air storage tank,monitor the increase of pressure values displayed on the control panel of the air compressor and the pressure value of the air storage tank,when unloading the air compressor,please pay attention to whether the pressure value displayed on the control panel is consistent with the set upper limit pressure value.

2.Keep the exhaust valve of the compressed air system is closed,pay attention to the rate of decrease of system’s air pressure,to check system leaks,maintain the lower limit of the compressed air pressure setting in the system,Pay attention to the time from unloading the air compressor to stopping the motor consistent with the set time.

3.Open the shut-off valve below the gas storage tank,monitor the decrease in pressure values displayed on the control panel of the air compressor and the pressure value of the air storage tank.When the air compressor restarts the load,Pay attention to whether the pressure value displayed on the control panel is consistent with the set value.

4.During the operation of the air compressor,pay attention to the temperature values during the start and stop of the air compressor fan whether consistent with the set value.

5.After connecting the power supply,use the RunSetpoint to change the automatic control mode to continuous control mode,after program startup,change the automatic control mode to continuous control mode,after change the mode,test the air compressor,the test content is the same as the automatic mode,Pay attention to whether the drive motor shuts off after a certain period of time when the air compressor is unloaded automatically,whether air head of air compressor can start the machine at any time within the set pressure range.
